Exploration Geologist - Jack Mclnerney

Jack graduated with honors in Geology from Ballarat University. Through his studies he has developed a strong understanding of orogenic gold mineralisation and Victorian geology. Over the past 4 years, Jack has been working at Ballarat’s underground gold mine: progressing from core logging, through to underground geology and advanced resource planning for the Company. In his time at the mine he has gained valuable experience in applying his academic studies in a practical environment. Living just south of Ballarat, Jack brings special benefit to the company as an active member of his rural community, using his local knowledge in effective management of field activities.

Senior Exploration Geologist - Tarrant Meehan

A Ballarat local, Tarrant grew up in the former gold-mining town of Creswick. Over his career he has amassed a wealth of geological experience spanning from the outback of Western Australia in and around Kalgoorlie, and recently to driving the technical team in underground gold production in Victoria. Now as the Senior Exploration Geologist for RRAL, Tarrant brings a unique blend of practical gold production experience with a strong problem-solving skillset to guide the Company on its exploration endeavours. Tarrant’s expertise in production-based geology helps keep the Company technically focused whilst minimising its exploration footprint. Tarrant is also heavily involved in the local community in which he lives, and is an active part of the Ballarat Ultimate Frisbee Team.

Geologist - Clark Foster

Another Ballarat local. Clark was born and raised in Ballarat and has been involved in Mining and Exploration for over 10 years. His work has carried him around the most remotes sites in Western Australia and through much of Victoria. Through his mapping and sampling activities, Clark has developed positive community engagement skills and a deep understanding of the natural environment in which he works . In recent years Clark has worked underground at the Ballarat Gold Mine . Along with his field experience, Clark brings his qualifications in Information Technology and is currently a mature age geology student at Federation University. With his broad skill set Clark is instrumental in managing the Company’s field activities and logistics. Outside work, Clark is proud to be part of the Ballarat community and appreciates that he has the opportunity to enjoy living in a regional town, close to the Yarrowee River, raising chickens, ducks and an extensive vegetable garden.

Executive Chairman - Andrew Bell

Mr Bell has 44 years of resource company and capital markets experience and is the Chairman and Chief Executive of Red Rock Resources plc: a company with production and exploration interests listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM:RRR). As a director he has been involved with bringing into production gold and non-ferrous metal mines and quarries, as well as the discovery or delineation of major Resources. Mr. Bell has served on many public boards, including TSX-V listed Cue Resources Ltd (until its takeover by Uranium Energy Corp) and, as Chairman, Greatland Gold plc and Regency Mines plc. He holds BA and MA degrees from Oxford University and an LLB from the University of London.
